COBI GREAT WAR – ROLLS ROYCE ARMORED 263 PCS
It is over 100 years old and is the oldest working vehicle in The Tank Museum. The Rolls Royce armored car was built in 1920. A copy of the Tank Museum operated in Ireland, Shanghai and Egypt before returning to England to patrol the Norfolk coast during World War II. It was added to the museum collection in 1947, becoming an extremely important exhibit. In 1997, its passenger was Queen Elizabeth II.
Use a set of 267 COBI building blocks to build a realistically reproduced, historic car from the Bovington Museum Collection. The vehicle was designed in cooperation with the Tank Museum in 1:35 scale. Particularly noteworthy are numerous details, durable, characteristic prints and the new blocks used. For the first time in the Historical Collection, we have applied a new shade of green to match British vehicles! The model continues the series of vintage cars, which were created with the use of specially designed elements. The car is easy to build and susceptible to modifications. More experienced builders will easily use the available elements to create other versions of cars or trucks! The set includes a figure of a British driver with a great uniform print.
This historic armored car is a great gift idea, regardless of the age of the recipient. The set is perfect for collectors, automotive enthusiasts and younger history enthusiasts. It is also a great start to the adventure with Polish COBI building blocks. Build a story, block by block!
