Hearns Workshop German WWII MG38 / MG42 Ammunition Boxes ‘Patronenkasten 34’ 1/16 Scale -4pcs, 1 types (HWS0099-16)
With the introduction of the MG 34 a number of accessories also was introduced.
One of them is the so called Patronenkasten 34 , the Ammunition Box 34 which was designed to carry the 7,92 mm ammunition (8 x 57) for the MG34 (or MG42) is 50 round belts. The dimensions of the can are 36 x 17 x 9 cm. Early models of the box are made out of aluminium, while later ones are made of steel.
Our examples in 1/16 are true to the originals, right down to the finest details. Sold as a raft of 4 examples gives you enough items to add to your next WWII german tank or 1/16 vignette to give it just that extra bit of detail.

DISCLAIMER – Parts are manufactured from a UV curing resin. Cyanoacrylate (CA) or “Super Glue” recommended for bonding to rigid PS/ABS or other resin parts. UV curing resins can be an irritant. Always use the appropriate safety gear when handing or modifying. Parts are supplied still attached to the supports/raft. Care must be taken when removing supports. 3D printing IS NOT injection molding! Slight imperfections and the visible appearance of ‘layer lines’ in places is perfectly normal and not a defect. ‘Tough’ grade resin parts can damage fine bladed side cutters – use at own risk. For advanced modellers only.

The item cannot be used and in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
