ITALERI 1/72 RUSSIAN INFANTRY NAPOLEONIC WARS
The infantry of Tsar Alexander I is reproduced here with the uniforms in use during the late period of Napoleonic battles. At Borodino in 1812 or during the so-called “Battle of the Nations” in Leipzig in 1813 the infantrymen of the already reformed Russian army wore these uniforms. The soldiers and officers are flanked by drummers and standard bearers with the insignia of the regiment and the Tsar.
